The Great Lakes Regional Collaboration released its draft strategy on July 7, 2005, at Summit I in Duluth, Minnesota. The document, at www.glrc.us, recently underwent public review and comment. The GLRC Executive Committee, with assistance from the Strategy Teams, must now synthesize comments for consideration in the development of the final document.
