Rendell to miss White House meeting on Asian carp and the Great Lakes

Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell won't be at a meeting Monday at the White House about Asian carp and the Great Lakes. At least three other Great Lakes governors will be there to talk about the invasive species.
