Saginaw Bay Watershed Initiative Network WIN was created to enhance the quality of life in the Saginaw Bay Watershed by creating regional networks of on-the-ground projects that demonstrate sustainability. St. Joseph River Watershed Located in the southwest portion of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan and the northern portion of Indiana, the St. Joseph River Watershed spans the Michigan-Indiana border and empties into Lake Michigan at St. Joseph/Benton Harbor, Michigan. Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council Celebrating its 25th year in 2004, the Watershed Council works to maintain the environmental integrity and economic and aesthetic values of lakes, streams, wetlands and ground water in Michigan's northern lower peninsula.
