RE: MDI Emissions 2002

Title: MDI Emissions 2002

The Alliance for the Polyurethanes Industry (API) which is a business unit of the American Plastics Council has a Regulatory Compliance Assistance Program (RCAP).  This program offers free one-on-one assistance to those who submit their company's annual Toxic Release Inventory forms for MDI, MDI/PMDI or TRI chemicals.  The API's RCAP consultant, Dennis Miller (973.347-7032, millerdm@optonline.com) helped EPA to develop MDI emissions in the 2002 NEI.  He is also willing to help us.

He has worked on this project since 1990 and developed a guidebook and software for the MDI calculations.  Here are the links:

Please review the document.  We may discuss further on the coming conference call to determine how to work with him.
