BaP revisions

Steering Committee,

This is just a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline for submitting
revisions to the b(a)p data to the repository. Please do your best to get
them in by then. I will begin pulling the data out to update our report on
Wednesday. 

If there are a few lingering changes that are being made after tomorrow, we
should have no trouble including them in the report. However, please make a
thorough record of what changes are being made and when. For changes made
after tomorrow, please provide a summary of the SCCs/SICs affected and the
amount of the change. If you know for sure at this point that you won't be
able to get all your changes finalized by tomorrow, please let me know. In
particular, if there is anyone who anticipates making changes to a large
number of SCC or SIC categories, this would be useful to know as such
changes will be more difficult to make updates in the report for.
