RE: Thursday's Emission Inventory call; 3pm EDT

Hi group,

I just wanted to make sure it was clear that we had pushed the conference
call back to 3pm Eastern. Also, please remember to use the new call-in
number listed below.

The attachment here is the same as one sent about two weeks ago. I'm
resending it to make sure people have it at their fingertips.

Talk to you soon.

Jon

Hi group,

We've recently had some strange charges on our conference call account that
has caused us to cancel the old number and obtain a new one. For Thursday's
call, please use the following number and not the one that was sent in the
recent email:

1-866-394-4146 / 97738766#

Cheers, Jon

Jon and Orlando,

I have been out of the office since last Thursday. I will only be available
for the call until 4PM EST on Thursday which equates to 1 hour.

Rob, Orlando and others,

I agree that this is something the EPA should be providing for free.
However, it sounds as though at least some members of the group may have
already paid their money for the AWMA-sponsored call. To maximize
participation on our call, I think it makes sense to push our time back an
hour. I haven't heard from anyone that that would cause any additional
conflicts.

Let's plan on having our Steering Committee call at 3pm Eastern this coming
Thursday the 22nd. Agenda items include:

-Update from Mark Young on RAPIDS database design
-Update on GLC server
-BaP report: final comments and plans for release
-Area source methodologies
-Next meeting - set time and location

The call-in number will be 1-866-275-1366 / 63958#

Talk to you then,
Jon

Orlando

I wanted to be sure that states and locals weren't paying $ 175 for
something EPA should be giving us for free. I decided to work with NACAA to
see if they could make it happen. Your call on how you want to handle the
call. Thanks

I do not believe the topic justifies moving our call. However, it may be
appropriate to take a look at the new version of Speciate,
http://www.epa.gov/ttnchie1/software/speciate/, find out how it fits or
influences with the changes in our project, and then send comments.

This conference call overlaps with our Steering Team call set for the same
time. Is there enough interest among the group in joining the SPECIATE call
to justify moving the time for our call?
