FW: U.S. EPA Mercury Flow Diagram

Steering Committee,

Below is a message that Dennis McGeen attempted to send a few days ago. It
got stopped due to the attachment size. I've posted the attachments (4
files) as a .zip file on the "discussion forum" site:

Subject: U.S. EPA Mercury Flow Diagram

Attached is an introductory Powerpoint presentation on Michigan's use
of the U.S. EPA Mercury Flow Diagram, and then the unmodified national
level flow diagram itself. I've also attached a document which briefly
summarizes Leah's changes to the national level data. I can provide the
modified version of the flow diagram with all of Michigan's inputs if
anyone is interested.

If you begin with the "Before You Start" tab in the flow diagram,
you'll be given a brief overview. Essentially, each product tab or
worksheet contains a flow diagram for a specific area source category,
and below it is a calculations table where you can make changes in
values which will then be reflected in that particular flow diagram.
Hyperlinks in the calculations table on each tab will take you to a tab
with supporting data (sorted by category). The supporting data can be
modified with data particular to your state, if you choose. Each
product tab also has hyperlinks to a tab with reference information.

I hope this information is useful. Please let me know if you have any
questions about the report or the flow diagram.
