RAPIDS - Materials for the Wednesday Conference Call

To All,

I've posted some materials for the GLC conference call on Wednesday, 
July 18.  The materials are zipped into a single file.  The file should 
be unzipped into a folder by itself, as it contains a subfolder with 
quite a few html files.

The main contents are:
Notes.doc - development and discussion notes
RAPIDS Dev03 Report - a link to the default.htm file containing the 
report.  Click this link to open the report.

The file can be downloaded from the following page on the RAPIDS Wiki:
