Sorry to be a bother, but is there any way we could do this one day
later? I will be driving out, and I'm not traveling on one of
our holiday days off. Flying takes as long as driving because flights go
through Philadelphia from Harrisburg and Baltimore.

Steering Committee,
Minutes from yesterday's call have

A few scheduling items to note:
Our next call of the Steering Committee will be Wed. Aug. 1 at
1:30 Eastern. We'll plan to have calls at the same time every other Wednesday,
unless otherwise noted.
As discussed on the call, we will also begin having separate calls
devoted specifically to the RAPIDS 3 design and programming. Separating these
will allow Steering Committee members who are not interested in the fine
details of these tasks to choose not to participate and allow other agency
staff who are specifically interested in the programming, but not in the regional
project details to attend these but not the others. These calls will begin Wed.
Aug. 8 at 1:30 EST and will be the same time every other Wednesday. I'll be
working on setting up some online meeting tools for use on these calls; more
details on that to follow.
I'm hoping to have our next group meeting on October 9-10 in Ann
Arbor, MI. Please let me know ASAP if these dates or location present a
conflict for you.
