Correction, the SCCs exist in RAPIDs. They were not used in the 2002 Non-road inventory but they do exist for 2005.

There are eight nonorad SCCs that do not exist in the current version of RAPIDs.
The SCCs are listed below:

2260007005
2265007010
2265007015
2270006020
2270007010
2270007015
2270009010 Also, there is an inactive SCC that was used in the
LADCO inventory (Gasoline Military Vessels) that does not exist in RAPIDs. Since the
SCC is inventoried, it can be mapped to a valid SCC. However,
we can also ignore it if States do not want to spend time on it.
