To All, My apologies to those of you who may have tried (and failed) to join the WebEx session and conference call today. I had some trouble getting everything set up. We were able to get going about 15 minutes late, though. For those of you who were not on the call, we discussed the two attached documents, which have now been updated to reflect today's discussion. The timeline has been modifed to reflect the group's consensus that the Emissions Estimator task should be completed after the data export task. There are a couple of other minor changes to the timeline, too. We can review these again briefly on the next call, for those who were not able to attend today. Thanks! Mark Young
