Steering Committee, It took a while, but I’ve finally gotten all the files
for the 2005 mobile source data from the EPA placed on our web server so that

slow operation. There is also a file with the VMT data at: http://www.glc.org/air/2005GLConroad/VMT.zip For including this data in our 2005 inventory, I think it
will be efficient if one or a few people volunteer to do the necessary data
format manipulation. This should save time in the long-run compared to each
state who plans to use this data doing the same set of operations on the formatting.
We can discuss that on out call next Thursday. Our fallback plan will simply be
to have people work on their own data to get it submitted. I haven’t
looked in much detail at the formatting yet. I do know that it is monthly data
and so the annual totals is one thing that will need to be done. If you are
among the states who plan to use this data, please take at least a quick look
