Suzanne, thanks for the clarification. 

All, as noted below, the room block at the Union League Club also covers the nights of the 23rd and 24th if you are planning to also attend the EPA's emissions inventory meeting on those dates.

I had the Union League Club reserve a block of 13 rooms for the nights
of the 23, 24, 25, 26 all under the same umbrella inventory name so
there should be enough rooms for whomever is here for various
nights/days.

As usual there are people in different sections here running different
parts of things and one hand doesn't know what the other is doing... !

That is correct. I’m not very in-the-loop regarding the EPA meeting
plans, other than the dates. Suzanne, are you aware of whether they have
reserved their own room block or do you know who we can check with to
make sure if we extended ours for the prior two nights as well that we
wouldn’t be duplicating?

Hi Group,

We now have a room block reserved at the Union League Club for the
nights of
March 25 and 26. You'll need to call to reserve your room, mentioning
the
group "EPA - EMISSIONS INVENTORY MEETING" and being sure to request the
state government rate ($135, including tax), which is cheaper than the
Federal rate.
