Cong,
This is very useful information. I think the Steering Committee members will
definitely want to have it to update their emission factors for future use.
I've posted the attachments to your message here:

Hi Jon,
Please find attached information on mercury and arsenic emission factors for
onroad mobile sources that I obtained from EPA OTAQ. Please review and share
them with the group if it is useful and appropriate. The default mercury
emission factors in Mobile 6.2 seem to be out-of-date.
The emission factors in the Excel spreadsheet are consistent with numbers in
onroad NEI 2005 data files you posted earlier. Thanks.
Cong,

I am not certain which version of the NMIM database contains these new
numbers, but you may just want the documentation. Attached are the
documents that we have on this subject.
Do you need to know where these factors are located in the NMIM database?

Attached is the document we developed that describes the derivation of the
mercury emission factors. We didn't write up anything on the derivation of
the arsenic emission factors but they came from the attached HEI report
(tunnel study). Let me know if you need anything else.
