RAPIDS Discussion Outline for Wednesday's Meeting

  
To All,

I've attached the discussion outline for the RAPIDS portion of the steering
committee meeting this Wednesday (March 26).  If I have any further
documentation before then, I'll post it on the Wiki, so it will be
accessible to everyone.

I'll be attending via conference call.  So, hopefully we'll be able to get
WebEx working for the meeting.
