RAPIDS Database

To All,

I mentioned in our call last week that I intended to post the PostgreSQL
installation at the end of last week.  I ended up doing some testing on the
new PostgreSQL 8.2.7 installation and the supplemental PostGIS installation
(for GIS capabilities).  I decided to re-vamp the documentation I was
originally going to use.  I also decided to include a batch program and DDL
dump file for installing the RAPIDS database as part of this stage, instead
of waiting for the software release.

I'm completing the testing of that part, now.  I should have the release
information posted by early tomorrow, at the latest.  I'll be posting
everything on the Wiki, and I'll send out another e-mail with all the
information.
