RSVP and Beach Conference Notes

Just a few quick meeting notes.

Please RSVP your intention to attend the GLRWQA meeting so I can get a head
count.  Try to let me know by Monday, Sept. 23 if you can.  Please return
participant's name, address, city, phone number, email address, affiliation
and optionally, your hotel accommodation.

Several people have asked about car pooling, directions and opportunities
for informal meetings for those staying overnight. I can share a list of
participants and their lodging but I first need to have permission from
each one wishing to exchange that information.  Only willing participants
will get the directory.

There are no registration fees associated with the GLRWQA conference.

James Meyer from Meyers and Wyatt, P.C.,  Gary, Indiana has offerred to pay
for box meals and drinks during our lunch/business session.  Thanks Jim!

Last minute poster abstracts can still be submitted this week to
Shaack@usgs.gov
