Great Lakes Conference Survey and board of directors nominations

Included here is the results of the survey taken at the Great Lakes Beach
Conference.  The responses were great, with lots of comments.  The new
board will have a lot to chew on and some action items as well.  We have
received a lot of names for board members and many people volunteering to
host the next meeting. I think you will agree that the quality of the
nominations is outstanding and the robust list of candidates bodes well for
our future.   I can not believe how much momentum we have after such a
short period, but I think it is clear that we have a niche, the
personalities and energy to grow as an organization.  It is clear that
everyone is excited to be a part of this experience.

Please submit all nominations for board members by tomorrow 5 pm CST.  If
you are interested in hosting the meeting let us know by the same time.
