Re: Sanitary Survey for beaches



I live on the south shore of Lake Ontario at Beamsville, Ontario, having
moved onto the Lake last November.  Over the last few weeks there have been
thousands of small dead fish, some gobies, others either smelt or alewifes,
washing up on shore.  There is also quite a bit of algae rolling up onto the
shore.

Are these usual events, or is this an exceptional circumstance?  Any
information much appreciated.
