Poster presentations at 2004 ASM General Meeting!

Attached you will find abstracts of poster presentations relating to Great
Lakes recreational water quality that were presented at the American
Society of Microbiology meeting in New Orleans on May 24-27th.  You will
note quite a few familiar names.  We are really lucky to have such a strong
recreational water quality research community in the Great Lakes.  I think
it must be one of the strongest regional showings in the nation.  Hope the
participants and dialogs in GLBA helped catalyze and facilitate this in
some small way.  It's not too early to be planning your presentations for
the Fall meeting of the Great Lakes Beach Association.  Conference planning
is underway, Shannon has been working us hard.
