Dr. Charles Tseng (Purdue University), Dr. Meredith Nevers (USGS) and 
Adrienne Nemura (Limno-tech) will be part of the NOAA/ University of 
Michigan Great Lakes Beach Closings Panel Discussion, which is to be 
held on Friday, March 17.
The panelists will present a variety of perspectives based on their 
research and findings on the issue of Great Lakes beach closures. We 
envision this session will provide a comprehensive view of the current 
research and technology being developed to better understand beach 
closures in the Great Lakes basin.
