We are hoping to tap into the experience of others
managing and analyzing beach data.
At New York State Parks, we currently use Excel's data
analysis tool pack for statistical analyses. As you may know,
Excel is fairly limited in its applications and not the most
user-friendly statistical program! Thus, we are planning on investing in some
statistical software. If you have any recommendations as
to statistical software that you've found useful in analyzing beach
data, we would appreciate them. In particular, we'd be interested in
hearing your opinions of SPSS, SAS, Minitab, and PRIMER software.
