Hi, all: I’m usually a lurker on this list, but I have a
question that members may be able to help me with. Can anyone think of a
region which grew based on natural amenities such as beaches and water but
later went into decline because the amenities were over-used? It seems as
if this scenario might apply to any number of beach towns, but I’m having
