DEADLINE TODAY AT 11:59 pm: Useful information for submitting SETAC abstracts

For those of you who are submitting an abstract for the upcoming SETAC
meeting session on biological contamination of beaches (
http://milwaukee.setac.org/sessions/default.asp) here are a few tips for
the abstract submission process:

(1)  You do not have to be a SETAC member to submit an abstract but you
do need to put something in the response box for the SETAC member
number. The SETAC office tells me that "na" will work.

(2)  You will be asked for all the affiliations of the authors first in
the process. Then later you will list the author names and link them to
the affiliations.

(3)  Please indicate during the process that you are submitting the
abstract for the biological contamination session.

(4)  If you are a student, please so indicate during the process.
Students presentations are judged and some will be singled out for
special recognition.

(5)  The system will register you with a user id and password that is
needed to start the abstract submission process.  Later the information
that you provide here will be used to notify you about the acceptance of
your abstract and other information about the date and time of your
presentation,and other meeting information.
