Here in Indiana, we have noticed laundry soap containing more than the
allowable amount of phosphorus. You may want to check at some of the
off named stores.

That's a great photo! The diver is Harvey Bootsma,from The Great Lakes
WATER Institute, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, who was working with
Brenda on that side of the lake. Harvey has several funded projects to
study the drivers behind the Cladophora growth, including one project
that mapped the Cladophora beds along the Southeastern Wisconsin
shoreline with aerial photography (in collaboration with John Janssen,
funded by Wisconsin Coastal Management Program), some of these pictures
and other great info can be found on their web
