According to the Associated Press, it was Detroit
Mayor Dennis Archer who introduced the resolution
which recently passed the National Conference of Mayors
to oppose the U.S. EPA proposed ozone and PM
standards....

I guess we'll just have to move the Manoogian 
Mansion to Zug Island so the Mayor can understand
pristine air quality, John Dingell/ Russ Harding style... [grin]....
