The Mackinac, the quarterly news magazine of Michigan's Chapter of the Sierra 
Club, has just published its Spring Equinox issue.  Stories include:

-- Governor Engler's record on Michigan's great outdoors.
-- Neighborhoods unite for environmental justice. 
-- How a grassroots organizing workshop inspired a network of volunteers.
-- Sylvania Wilderness case a mixed victory for Michigan's citizens. 
-- Global warming after Kyoto.
-- How to choose cross-country ski equipment. 
-- Eagle watch:  How the majestic bird is doing in the Great Lakes State. 
-- Outings, local and throughout the state, from February through April.

The Sierra Club Mackinac Chapter has about 14,000 members in 10 local groups 
throughout Michigan. Sierra Club is the largest grassroots environmental
