Enviro-Mich message from JerrodM@aol.com

In a message dated 98-02-17 09:42:08 EST, somebody from "The Alliance to Save
Energy" writes: "The Alliance to Save Energy and other energy code advocates
currently preparing a technical analysis of the proposed code to
pinpoint specific recommendations for improvement. Contact the Building
Codes Assistance Project at 202-530-2200 for details."

Question: Why don't you busybodies let the free market function? Why do you
Washington geeks presume to treat homebuyers as little children who can't
decide for themselves how to balance off current capital expenditures against
future operating costs? This whole thing is obnoxious and ridiculous.

I have no axe to grind for anyone else. Are you busybodies willing to state
who is funding your meddling?
