that building standards in Michigan are lacking in regards to energy

WASHINGTON, DC, August 24, 1998 (ENS) - It seems pretty obvious - if homes
being built today were constructed to the most modern energy efficient
standards, homeowners would save money and create less air pollution. Now,
the Washington based Alliance to Save Energy has proved it with facts and
figures - modern building energy codes save consumers money and energy.
