EVENT: FIRST FRIDAY Speaker on the Environment

SPEAKER: Dave Dempsey, Policy Director of 
  Michigan Environmental Council

TOPIC:   "The Bold Changes that Must be Made to Keep Our State Great"  

Dave will speak about what lies ahead for the environment in Michigan in the
new century - the bold change in thinking, policy and practice needed to keep
our state great.  He will also speak about the environmental bond issue since
it's on the ballot in November.
