E-M:/ Communications Towers in Otsego County

Folks this may be an old issue to you, but it is new to us.  Our Otsego County environmental group has, successfully stopped a race car track.  Our new goal is to get a handle on communications towers that are proliferating the north country.  Need information, good data, don't need opinions, we already have them.  Can anyone refer us to a group, or person, or articles or.....  Dave Smethurst
