Enviro-Mich message from "Rick Pluta" <Rickp@wkar.msu.edu>

	A new study by the Consumers Renaissance Development 
Corporation -- a non-profit partnership of some type of Consumers 
Energy, the Jobs Commission and the DEQ -- has just released a 
study. According to a news release from Consumers, "The National 
Comparative Analysis of Brownfield Redevelopment Programs" 
concludes Michigan has the most successful such program in the 
	Again, according to the news release, the study looked at 
"liability protection, cleanup standards, financial incentives, and 
government support, at both the state and local levels.
	Is anyone familiar with this report, methods, reliability, etc.
