The Energy Division of Michigan's Department of Consumer and Industry
Services is promoting the installation of U.S. manufactured small wind
energy systems.  The Division will reimburse 25% of the cost of a new small
wind energy system (300 Watts up to 20 kilowatts) up to a maximum amount of
$5,000.  For more information go to the Energy Division web site at

September 15 and contacts in the Energy Division are listed at the web
page.  This is a great offer and an excellent opportunity!
