Here is info on the scholarship fund being set up in
honor of the life and career of Paul Shutt, MDEQ
Air Division staffer who died earlier this week:

PAUL SHUTT SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The Air & Waste Management Association plans to award one of its 
scholarships in Paul's honor at its annual meeting in May.  The Association 
will also establish a scholarship to be awarded in Paul's honor at its 
annual meeting in 2001.  Anyone wishing to make a donation to this 
scholarship fund may do so by sending their donation to the Association 
indicating they wish their donation to go towards the Paul R. Shutt 
scholarship fund.  If you are interested in making such a donation, please 
make your check out to the East Michigan Chapter, A&WMA and designate it 
for the Paul Shutt scholarship fund.  Send your check to: East Michigan
