Fellow Enviros,

Sen. Gary Peters is unveiling his bill to regulate medical waste
incinerators. He will be holding a press event next Monday, May 22nd in
Hamtramack at 2:00 p.m.. I do not have a location from his office as of this
writing.
The bill uses the national Health Care Without Harm model regs as a basis
for the proposed legislation. This is a call to enviro leaders to turn out
in support. It is certainly open for anyone but having a wide array of
groups represented would be a positive.
