OIL AND GAS LEASE SALE:  Oil and gas lease rights to 13,796.55 acres
of State-owned minerals located in Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Arenac,
Charlevoix, Clare, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Montmorency,
Osceola, Otsego and Presque Isle, is proposed to be offered under an
oral auction sale on June 16, 2000.  Lease terms will include five
years with two, one-year options to renew, 1/6 royalty rate and a
minimum of $13.00 per acre bonus consideration.  Additional conditions

PUBLIC USE DEED FOR UNDEDICATED STATE-OWNED LANDS:  Conveyance of
tax-reverted lands to Township of Bohemia, County of Ontonagon (1

Bedford, County of Calhoun (1 parcel); Township of Grand Blanc, County
of Genesee (1 parcel) for parking lot, resale and road purposes.
