Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore has recently mailed out a draft set of 
alternatives for its General Management Plan and Wilderness Suitability 
Study, and is seeking comments.  The alternatives involve designation of 
areas for management as pristine, primitive, casual recreation, and mixed 
use.

They are also planning public meetings June 6-8 at the following locations:

Tuesday, June 6 (4-6 and 7-9 pm)
	Holiday Inn Slouth Convention Center
	6820 S. Cedar St. Lansing, MI

Wednesday, June 7 (7-9 pm)
	Comfort Inn
	E-9589 East M-28
	Wetmore, MI (near Munising)

Thursday, June 8 (7-9 pm)
	Burt Township School (Gym)
	112 Colwell
	Grand Marais, MI
