EVENT: FIRST FRIDAY Speaker on the Environment
SPEAKER: Candidates for the Michiganıs House of Representatives will take
part in a forum where they will be asked questions about the environment.
DATE: Friday October 6, 2000
COST: Lunch $7.00 for members and $8.00 for non-members
Free to those wishing to bring their own lunch. Agriculture & Health Alive
will cater this lunch. Foods will be from Lubbers Family Farm and Living
Earth Community CSA local free-range meats, diary and organic fruits and
vegetables.
TOPIC: Michigan State House Candidatesı Forum
Candidates from District 72: Chris Vogt ; District 75 Jerry Kooliman and
Janice Hanley; District 76: Steve Pestka; District 77: Levi Rickert.
Candidates will be given time to discuss their environmental concerns and
then will take questions from the floor. Conan Smith from Michigan
Environmental Council will be the moderator.
