The Ann Arbor News recently ran an article on the DNR's plan to put in a
cement boat launch on the 23 acre Pickeral Lake.  The article highlights
the fact that Pickeral Lake is mostly used by swimmers and paddle-boats,
and the DNR has classified the lake for these uses but is now intending
to make the Lake more accessible to boats using small engines.
