Hi All,

Since this is an environmental forum, is anyone on here familiar with the
Michigan Farmland and Open Space Preservation Act to maybe answer a
questions ?

If so, do you know if there any penalties for fraud or perjury in removing
land from the PA 116 Agreement under the disabilities section ?
