The Drain Code was not reconsidered last night. As a friend in the know
said, "Mourning doves live, drain code dies."

A Detroit TV station is reporting today that the Drain Code was "revived"
last night during a later session and was approved by the Legislature.
Apparently it is now on its way to the Governor's desk for his expected
signature.

Does anyone know what happened?
