SAND AND GRAVEL MINING ON STATE-OWNED LANDS - The Department has
developed criteria for decision making regarding requests for sand and
gravel removal from State-owned lands and a process for converting the
program from a use permit system to a leasing program requiring
reclamation and fair market valuation of the product.   Contact: Lynne

LEASE AMENDMENT - SEVEN LAKES STATE PARK: Amend description to include
