Today's Detroit Free Press carries an article about the repugnant decision
by the Bush Administration to relax a proposed arsenic standard, pending
"further study."  Dr. Michael Harbut, a physician member of the Ecology
Center/MEC science advisory board, is quoted.

Thanks to State Representative Ruth Johnson for the concern she expresses in
the article about arsenic and public health.
