So Good to hear of the wins!!
We here in Millington Township have successfully held off a company that
wants a certificate of variance to put a gravel pit in a residential area.
(Including wetlands and lowlands)  We have been battling for 2 1/2 years -
but we finally got the DEQ to deny his wetland destruction permit and the
Township upheld the citizens wishes not to do this based on our anti-noise,
& nuisance zoning ordinances.  The company even sued the Townsip and it's
decision was upheld in our County Court!
Yes we CAN make a difference!  Continued good results to you!
