As a Board Member for Lansing's Old Town Mainstreet Program, which oversees
revitalization efforts in a historic part of the City of Lansing, I would
like to make you aware of an exciting job opportunity spearheading urban
redevelopment and historic preservation in Old Town Lansing, Michigan.

Executive Director, Old Town Main Street, BA, Masters preferred, in historic
preservation or related field is desirable.   Must be energetic, organized,
and a self-starter.   Must be politically savvy and able to relate to local
business owners, board members, and community leaders.   Must have
leadership and staff management skills, excellent written and oral
communication skills, experience in budget preparation and presentation,
accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and creating and presenting financial
reports.  Experience in grant writing, fundraising, and public
relations/marketing is highly desirable.
