 - Morning session to focus on current water quality
with speakers on sources of  toxics, non-point pollution, nutrient
management, and ecosystem health.

- 2nd session seeks to build an active coastal community with discussions of 
local initiatives, water quality communications efforts and development of
Coast Watchers programs along Lake Huron.
