More on today's (Monday's) smog.....

With no "ozone action day" declaration,
Detroit (East 7 mile) had its worst
8 hour ozone average (97 ppb) for the two
year period 2000-2001, a level
over the level of the new health standard.

And Warren and New Haven had their
second highest 8 hour average yet this year...

At 8 PM, the following sites showed
ozone at or near the 85 pbb level for
8 hour averages:

Benzonia  84
Scottville  82
Holland 85
Coloma  82
Flint 89
Otisville 84
New Haven 98
Warren  97
Detroit e 7 mile  97
Oak Park  88
Detroit- linwood 85



(this is all unvalidated data, of course).
