E-M:/ We need rain barrels!

Fellow enviro-michers,

West Michigan Environmental Action Council is working in partnership with
the City of Grand Rapids and with other environmental partners to educate
and empower citizens in solving storm water pollution problems in our
communities.

One of our storm water solutions is the use of rain barrels. We need to find
a local source, West Michigan if possible, of recycled barrels and other
types of containers that can be made into rain barrels, or of a local
supplier of rain barrels.

The recycled containers must be clean and free of toxic materials, and about
60 gallons in size, although other sizes would probably be welcome and
useful.

If anyone is able to assist us in our search, we would appreciate this very
much. The sooner, the better. Lots of beautiful rain is getting away from us
that people would love to recyle. Thanks for your help!

Sincerely,

Patricia Pennell
