GRAND HAVEN TOWNSHIP, OTTAWA COUNTY, Permit No. CB-CBS-130 (Charles Beasley 
Site). Renewal of the existing sand dune mining permit on approximately 10 
acres, pursuant to Part 637, Sand Dune Mining, of the Natural Resources and 
Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. The existing sand 
dune mining operation is in compliance with the act, rules, and permit 
conditions and shall be considered for permit renewal for an additional two

Property). Renewal of the existing sand dune mining permit on approximately 
five acres, pursuant to Part 637, Sand Dune Mining, of the Natural 
Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. The 
existing sand dune mining operation is in compliance with the act, rules, 
and permit conditions and shall be considered for permit renewal for an

approximately 320 acres, pursuant to Part 637, Sand Dune Mining, of the 
Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as 
amended. The existing sand dune mining operation is in compliance with the 
act, rules, and permit conditions and shall be considered for permit 
renewal for an additional two years, effective January 1, 2002. Information

existing sand dune mining permit on approximately 40 acres, pursuant to 
Part 637, Sand Dune Mining, of the Natural Resources and Environmental 
Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. The existing sand dune mining 
operation is in compliance with the act, rules, and permit conditions and 
shall be considered for permit renewal for an additional two years,

acres, pursuant to Part 637, Sand Dune Mining, of the Natural Resources and 
Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. The existing sand 
dune mining operation is in compliance with the act, rules, and permit 
conditions and shall be considered for permit renewal for an additional
