New evidence of dioxane pollution means there's no end in sight for the 
largest groundwater cleanup east of the Mississippi.  There's no end in 
sight for Gelman-Pall's massive cleanup effort just west of Ann Arbor. The 
pollutant -- 1,4-dioxane -- has seeped in farther than thought possible and 
has contaminated a city well.
